Read from the live platform when this page was built. Interpreting and voice-agent calls combined; our own test accounts are excluded, because counting them as customer usage would be the same kind of rounding up we removed from this page.

What people do with it

The ten language pairs above are the honest answer to “does anyone use the interpreter?” — they are pairs real accounts configured, not a list of what we support. On the voice-agent side, calls are answered around the clock for small practices and offices where the phone is the main way customers get in touch.

We are not going to write you a case study about a business that does not exist. When a customer is happy to be named, they will appear here with their own words.
